 How to Order Online: HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
It's easy to place your order our website!
Internet Order Instructions
View our Products
All of our products are located in categories (Browse by Category) on the left-hand side of the page. Just simply click on one of the categories that specifies the type of form you are looking for. The category page displays all of the products in that specific category. You may also click on one of the subcategories (i.e. padded forms, carbonless forms, book forms). Scroll down & click on one of the pictures to view the picture & description of the form or to include this form in your shopping cart. To enlarge the picture, you may also click on View Larger Image at the bottom of the picture. Our school form products are sold in packs, as indicated in the description box. School Service does offer quantity discounts. The Quantity Discounts indicates how many packs you need to order to qualify for the quantity discount. For example, if you order 10 packs of one of our 3 x 5 padded forms, the price per pack has decreased to $8.40 with a total of $84.00 instead of $9.30 per pack with a total of $93.00. Submit the quantity of packs you would like to order (and color if required) & click on "Add to Cart." This will lead you to the Shopping Cart page.
Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart page displays the products you have ordered, product's quantity & total cost, estimated shipping charge (click here for shipping information) & the order's total price. If there's additional information you would like to include (for example, imprinting information), you may enter that information in the Special Instructions Box at the bottom left-hand corner of the page. You can also use this box to reorder your School Service custom forms. To reorder your custom forms, please be sure to include the form number, description, type of paper, color, & quantity. Click on "Continue Shopping..." to return to School Service's Online Store. If you are finished with your order, click on "Checkout via Purchase Order." You must click on "Checkout via Purchase Order" to complete your order! Do not worry if your school does not require purchase orders. Additional information is included at the bottom of the shopping cart page indicating our Payment Options. Click here for more information on our Payment Methods & Options. This leads you to your Account Information.
Check Out Account
This page gives you the option to sign-in or create an account if you have not done so prior to completing your order. You may create an account or login prior to this page by clicking on "Login" (above the gray bar) or clicking on "Account Info" under "Customer Service" (shown on the gray bar). Put the school's name under "Company." Please review your account information then click on "Continue Checkout."
Purchase Order Number
The next page requires you to enter your school's Purchase Order number. You may also type in the date, your name, or any set of numbers/letters you desire if your school does not require purchase orders. Click on "Submit Order."
Your Order Has Been Complete!
Please be sure to print your receipt. You will receive a confirmation email & an email confirming your order has been shipped. You may also track your order status or order history under Order Status/History underneath Customer Service on the top gray bar.
