Shipping Information

99% of all stock form orders are shipped the same day if received before noon (CST). 

All shipments are F.O.B. New Berlin, WI via UPS or USPS, whichever is most economical (unless otherwise instructed). Shipping costs are prepaid & are estimated at the shopping cart. Shipping will be adjusted after shipment and will be added to your invoice.  

Shipping costs are as follows:

• Approximately $4.75 - $12.00 for orders under $70.
• A minimum of 12% of the total for orders $70 or more. Most order's shipping charge at this price range is approximately 12% - 15% of the order's total.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. This email will provide the shipping carrier, prepaid shipping cost (if different than shown on your receipt), and tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.ups.com or www.usps.com (depending on your carrier).

Delivery times are as follows:

• East Coast: 3 business days.
• Midwest: 1-2 business days. 
• West Coast: 4-5 business days.
