Purchase Order Most schools and school districts require purchase order numbers to process their orders. On our website we will require a purchase order number to complete your order. This number is used by the schools and districts to assist them in matching purchases to payments. If your school does not use purchase orders, you can simply type in your name, the date, or any numbers you wish to use.
Invoice After your order has been shipped, an invoice will be mailed to the billing address. Our payment terms is Net 30 Days. However, we may approve reasonable requests for any payment extensions, such as, school district regulations. Please do not send cash with your invoice for we only accept checks. Be sure to include your invoice number on all remittances to ensure proper credit. Those who pay via credit card will receive a statement indicating the order has been paid in full via credit card. Please keep all of your invoices for future reference.
Credit Cards School Service now accepts credit card payment. Our website currently is not set up to process your credit card purchase. However, you can place your credit card order by phone at (800) 747-9549. School Service accepts Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to not process an order that will not be shipped to a legitimate school address. We may require verification by the purchaser by providing a copy of the school letterhead or a letter of approval by an administrator of the school. This policy is in place to protect our customers from the unauthorized use of school forms that might track student activities.
