School Service can imprint your school logo (optional), school name, address (optional), & phone number (optional) for your school forms!

When placing your order online:  School Service NOW offers an easier way to order! We added "school imprint" products (i.e. 45G-Imprint - Deficiency Report w/School Imprint) to most of our custom imprint forms. These forms include imprinting instructions & includes the imprint fee on your total order! Simply scroll down to the bottom to order your imprinted form on this very page! Please remember to indicate EXACTLY what you would like imprinted on your form. Not including this information may cause delays on your order. Please contact us for imprinting prices and instructions for forms not shown below.

When placing your order offline:  Please indicate exactly what you want imprinted on your form (i.e. the school logo, name of the school, the address, and the telephone number).

Imprinting Fee - $30.00  ($35.00 - bilingual forms) for ALL quantities with forms that offer imprinting.
School Service can customize most stock 3-part carbonless forms by imprinting your school logo (optional), school name, address (optional), & phone number (optional)!

and we will waive the imprinting fee!

*Special does not apply to our Purchase Order forms. Order 7 packs or more of form 45K to receive free imprint.
Order 8 packs or more to receive free imprinting for forms 45R4 and 45RP4.

 

 

Purchase Orders

Order your imprinted and numbered purchase orders from us!

School Service can include numbering and imprint your school name, address (optional), & phone number (optional) for your purchase orders. We NOW offer a set price for our purchase orders with imprint & numbering. There is no longer a seperate imprinting fee and numbering fee when you order your purchase order. Please review the new prices.

We added "w/Imprinting & Numbering" products (i.e. 33E3SP - Purchase Order w/Imprint & Numbering) to our custom imprint & number purchase orders. These forms include imprinting instructions on their description page. Simply scroll down to the bottom to order your purchase order on this very page! Please remember to indicate EXACTLY what you would like imprinted on your form & the starting number in the Special Instructions Box of the Shopping Cart. Not including this information may cause delays on your order. Please contact us for any questions.
