Imprinting Instructions

School Imprint  - Please indicate school name, school address (optional) and school phone number (optional) you wish to have imprinted on your form in the Imprinting Information box.  Maximum of 6 lines.  For reorders without changes, just enter "NO CHANGE."

Upload Logo (optional) - If you want your school logo included with your address, please upload logo in the following formats: tiff, gif, bmp, jpeg, psd or pdf, vector (eps, svg) (minimum of 300 dpi). For reorders, no need to upload your artwork unless it has changed since your last order.  Additional charge. 

Press-Ready Artwork (optional) - Please upload your completed artwork including logo and text in the following formats: tiff, gif, bmp, jpeg, psd or pdf, vector (epd, svg)  (minimum of 300 dpi).

• Imprint Information: Enter "Artwork Provided"
• Logo Option: Select No Logo
• For reorders, no need to upload your artwork unless it has changed since your last order. 

Proofs - We will send an e-proof for approval prior to printing.  Please review the proof completely and carefully and email us your approval or changes.

Turnaround Time - In-house processing and printing of envelopes is approximately 5-7 business days.
